Wyoming Midwives

   I received my degree in Naturopathy from Trinity College of Natural Health in 2005. I focus primarily on Women and Children's Health as I find myself called to it. My own two children are my best clients! 

    During the last few years I have also been providing care as a midwife and doula, and have been blessed to attend numerous births. I am a licensed massage therapist and certified neuromuscular therapist as well.

     Having spent the last decade immersed in alternative health care I have developed the philosophy that it is the body which heals itself. We on the outside can only offer help and support in the way of good nutrition, supplements, rest and sunshine; but ultimately we must keep out of the way so that the body can repair and rebuild as was intended! Unnecessary interventions can damage this process just as unnecessary interference can stall childbirth. I believe in helping the body to prevent disease, following a natural path!
